摘要：

A two-level supply chain coordination with option contract and supply chain management is studied in the Agri-logistics Park. There are four kinds coordination to be chosen for enterprises in the Park. One is that doesn't apply option and supply chain management. The second coordination is that doesn't apply option, but applies supply management. The third is that applies option, but doesn't apply supply chain management. The last one is that applies option and supply chain management. It is showed the last one is the best.
