摘要
To address the problem that the existing home ventilators in the market have complicated functions and are difficult to operate, which cannot meet the needs of users, the Kano model was used to analyse the needs of users for home ventilators and to guide the design of home ventilators. Firstly, we used desktop research and user interviews to research and collect user feedback to understand the user's feelings and needs, secondly, we designed the Kano questionnaire from the perspective of user needs and categorised the functional attributes based on the results of the questionnaire. Finally, a four-quadrant diagram was constructed by combining the Better-Worse coefficient analysis to prioritise the functional requirements and identify the core requirements to improve user satisfaction. Conclusion The study shows that the Kano model can be used to design a home ventilator to match the user needs with the design elements and to improve user satisfaction with the home ventilator more efficiently.
