摘要：

The cost share policy of higher education which has shown significant power of promotion has aroused intense attraction around the whole society. A sensible and reasonable cost share policy is a key element to guarantee the social equality. Based on the background of the present national conditions in China, the thesis mainly makes an analysis on the problems occurring in the practice of the policy as well as its influences on the equality of higher education. Several related measures to perfect the present policy are also involved in the thesis.
