Coexistence of Tunable Magneto-Resistance and -Capacitance in Sm2Ga2Fe2O9

摘要
Sm2Ga2Fe2O9 was synthesized by sol-gel. We have experimentally observed coexistence of tunable magnetoresistance and -capacitance in Sm2Ga2Fe2O9. A theoretical model based on charge gradient was proposed to explain the coexisting magneto-resistance and -capacitance tunability in material systems. Our model agrees with the experimental results.
