摘要：
In this paper, by considering the notion of MV modules, which is the structure that naturally correspond to lu-modules over lu-rings, we state and prove some essential homomorphism theorems in MV -modules. In the follows, we investigate the noetherian MV -modules and we extend the Kohen Theorem to MV -modules.
