摘要
To explore the relationships among knowledge management strategy, innovative capabilities and firm performance, 461 enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that codification strategy positively influenced incremental innovative capabilities, while personalization strategy positively influenced radical innovative capabilities; codification strategy positively influenced market performance, human resource efficiency and successful new product/service, but personalization strategy negatively influenced human resource efficiency and positively influenced successful new product/service; incremental innovative capabilities positively influenced market performance, human resource efficiency and successful new product/service, but radical innovative capabilities positively influenced successful new product/service. We also developed a Structure Equation Model (SEM) to measure the relationships among knowledge management strategy, innovative capabilities and firm performance. Through empirically examining, innovative capabilities mediate the relationship between knowledge management strategy and firm performance. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
