Selection criteria for make or buy decision process in enterprises

An enterprise establishes several selection criteria in material supply process. It is very important in decision processes to accept right selection criteria. These criteria are different in their nature. It is possible to divide criteria into two groups: quantitative criteria and qualitative criteria. On the base of quantitative criteria mathematical model was built. In this model material supply process is shown for such enterprise, which analyzes different sources of deliveries. Supply sources can be described by range of materials, kind of production, customer requirements, prices, size of demand. All above-mentioned reasons influence on the enterprise and force it to make decision to produce or to buy.
