摘要
This article highlights the methodology and process of a feminist leadership training program with grassroots women from Burma living on the Burma-India border. The training program was a collaborative partnership between the Women's League of Chinland (WLC), based in Northeast India, and International Women's Partnership for Peace and Justice (IWP), based in Thailand. We outline the principles of feminist leadership, and why we chose a leadership framework, through a discussion of our organizations, our working relationship, and the methodology and content of the training program. We conclude with a reflection on our learning and highlight the possibilities and challenges of transnational feminist activism in advancing Chin women's public and political participation in Burma.
