摘要：
Based on the risk management flow suitable to construction enterprises, the paper creates a set of risk analysis structure for shield tunnel construction risk management. Moreover, combined with the platform of knowledge management in construction enterprises, a risk knowledge management system for shield tunnel construction is developed. The system helps to optimize the allocation of resources within enterprises and promote the efficiency of overall control in risk and construction cost.
