摘要：
This paper analyzes the main disadvantage of deconcentrating transportation in freight and passenger and the main causes for such situation. It puts forward the important research achievements, such as the main principles in the implementation of railway concentrating transportation(RCT), the methods of studying out scheme and evaluate benefits, etc. Finally, it summarizes the practice of the implementation of RCT in recent years, and puts forward the tendency and goal of the RCT.
