摘要
Valuable resources are becoming increasingly important for organizational performance in dynamic environment. The paper sees through the black box between organizational slack and performance and finds that dynamic capability plays a mediating role which works as an accelerator while organizational slack as a buffer during organizational response to dynamic environment.
