摘要：

It analyzes the technology of use slots in the modern threats to information and telecommunication systems. There is the actuality of protecting a video information resource. The effect of bit error on the decoding process of code of variable length was describes. It shows the use of slots under the action code errors. It is proposed to develop a new method of increasing the stability of a video information resource in the information and telecommunications networks.
