Tv programming nowadays includes a near-constant layering of text on top of the video network logos, promos for upcoming shows, even pop-up commentary. That can be pretty distracting when you're just trying to watch a show, but putting some extra information over your own video can be enormously valuable. I've seen this twice with DIY projects. © 2011 IEEE.
