摘要
Improving healthcare today is no longer conceivable without the conscious use of dig- ital technologies. Among the sectors, those can be successful who consciously use the achievements of digitalisation in all elements of the value chain. Through initiatives to reform the health sector and health information systems, EU Member States are current- ly actively building national eHealth foundations. They are aware of the role of e-health in achieving the universal health coverage. They also perceive the need for national policies, strategies and governance for development and long-term sustainability of in- vestments. Thinking in the ecosystem is not new, the literature has long used this term to define different areas and their constituent elements. There is a legitimate need to define a concept that specifically defines the digital ecosystem of healthcare. In the presyyent study, we briefly present some elements of the digital health ecosystem in a possible approach and the key challenges they face.
