摘要
Workplaces are undergoing major changes in organization and technology. Organizations therefore want to know how to support employees in coping with these changing work environments. The purpose of the present study therefore was to investigate how work autonomy and affective commitment to change affect employees' person-environment fit. Self-report questionnaire data were gathered from 72 employees with different professions. Results showed that work autonomy is positively related to person-organization fit as well as to person-job fit. In addition, affective commitment to change moderated the positive relation between autonomy and person-organization fit.
