摘要
The two-dimensional (2D) NMR double-quantum filtered COSY spectrum of an AX spin system of spin-1 has been calculated by numerical density matrix calculations. The basic phase cycle to achieve double quantum filtration consists of four steps. The total signal after these four steps is modulated in amplitude as a function of t(1). It is therefore not possible to determine the sign of the modulation frequencies Omega(u,t) in a 2D complex Fourier transformation.
