The Romanian university research reflection in the international scientific publications

摘要：
The current level of the Romanian university research is often expressed by the number of scientific publications. The national and international classifications indicate that the Romanian education and research performance level is mediocre. What is alarming is that the Romanian university teachers publishes number is considerably smaller compared to the occident countries average figure.
