The enlightenment of domestic and oversea low-carbon cities' practice for Tianjin to be a low-carbon city

Choicing the way of low-carbon city is destined for cities those who want a sustainable develepment.To get the advantageous status Tianjin, as an important city to Bohai economic circle, must be positive on the way of low-carbon city. This paper studies several domestic and oversea cities which have significant enlightenment, and points out some measures for Tianjin to be a low-carbon city such as pushing forward by experimental unit supervision mechanism.
