摘要
The optic communications technology is one of the greatest achievements in this century, It is regard as the base of Infobahn. And the better lasers are wanted to suit the wide use of WDM and OTDM. For the WDM and OTDM are developing to the multi-channels, the high speed, the long distance systems, It proposed to the source a higher request, and forced the people to attempt the laser to meet system's needs. In this paper, Based on the character of the EDF gain at 1550nm,a laser diode (980nm) acted as the pumping source, a Bragg grating used as filter,a ring-cavity all-fiber laser worked at 1550.24 nm was demonstrated with an output power of 20.51 mW and a bandwidth of 0.06 nm at 3dB. By using PZT on the fiber Bragg grating to produce a strain and the wavelength-shift signal was measured at the output of the laser. It is shown that the wavelength shift is 0.236nm.
