Cooperation between university, industry and government in continuing engineering education: Perfect energy consulting

The continuing education programme Energy Consulting (TAE) was launched in order to encourage and to stimulate the efficient use of energy. Crucial for the transmission of energy saving measures is the knowledge of so-called energy consultants. These experts should habe several years of practice in the fields of architectures of civil engineering before starting with the special continuing education regarding the efficient use of energy. The course is splitted into distance learning phases and in class room phases. All the parttime lecturers are experts with many years of practice coming up from civil engineering consultants offices, industrial companies and governmental agencies and offices. This programme can be a model for other countries or areas of the world too.
