摘要
I- may be oxidized to form IO3-. On this basis the determination of iodine ion by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry(DPAS) on Pt ball work electrode was investigated. For overcoming the absorption of IO3-, the electrode was washed by electrochemical method(at +1. 3 V) for 120 s, This method can detect 5. 00 X 10(-7) mol/L I- in 0. 1 mol/L KH2O4K2HPO4 buffer solution(pH=4), A good proportionality between the peak current of DPAS and iodine ion concentration in the range of 5. 00 X 10(-7) similar to 1, 50 X 10(-5) mol/L has been observed, This method was successfully applied to determination of iodine in kelp and edible salt.
