An attention is called to the fact that only low-atomic low-molecular chemical individuals occur in inorganic nature and are formed in chemical synthesis; instead of polyatomic, variable-composition substances are always formed, taken for nonstoichiometric compounds. At the same time, it is known that high-molecular and supramolecular chemical individuals arise in biochemical synthesis and generally similar to it chemical information synthesis, which are likely to produce a body of information large enough to enhance the extremely low probability of formation of such individuals. In this connection a conclusion is drawn that Proust's law of constant proportions of individual compounds should be rehabilitated as a general chemical law and the concept of chemical individuals, as constant-composition compounds. The concept of nonstoichiometric compounds is considered to become obsolete. A prognosis is made of the development, along with chemical information processes of production of material resourses, of processes of production and materialization of an almost inifinite body of information.
