A multiple-access communication method based on orthogonal Hermite pulse for UWB system

摘要
To overcome the multi-user interference and meet the FCC spectrum mask, a multi-access communication method of UWB system based on orthogonal Hermite pulses was proposed. Using the generation of frequency-time domain pulse and the combination of orthogonal pulse in time domain, the method of orthogonal Hermite pulse is designed. Based on this, each user of the system was assigned an orthogonal Hermite pulse under the combination of DS-SSMA and WDMA. The simulation results indicate that the proposed modulated signals can effectively meet the FCC spectrum mask. When the synchronization is good, the proposed system has a lower BER and higher anti-interference ability than the conventional DS-BPSK system.
