摘要：

The concept of 'double control' and reasonable area in mineral exploration and exploitation modeling is presented. 'Double control' includes two controlling factors, namely the degree of geological study and the economic feasibility. Geological research combined with economic analyses is crucial to the evaluation of mineral resources. The application of this model is tested in mineral exploration and exploitation.
