A Study on the Relationship between the Effects of Psychological Capital and Organizational Innovative Climate, on Employees' Innovative Behavior

摘要
This study attempts answer the key organizational problem of "how to stimulate employees' innovative behavior" from the interactive perspective of employee and organizational environment. The paper admitted the effects of psychological traits on employees' creativity, and creatively putts organizational innovative climate into the relationship between psychological capital and employees' innovative behavior. By building moderating mechanism model of organizational innovative climate, and tries to open the "black box" of psychological capital affect on employees' innovative behavior. The study uses questionnaires. The paper tests the relationship among psychological capital, organizational innovative climate and employees' innovative behavior through the empirical study of 184 employees. The results of our study show that organizational innovative climate has significant impact on employees' innovative behavior. The more positive the organizational innovative climate is, the more innovative of employees' behavior. And organizational innovative climate positively adjusts the relationship between psychological capital and employees' innovative behavior. The more positive the organizational innovative climate is, the stronger the positive effect of psychological capital on employees' innovative behavior; conversely, the more negative the organizational innovative climate is, the weaker the positive effect of psychological capital on employees' innovative behavior.
