摘要
Compared with the ordinary commercial affairs, electronic commerce has its ordinary character and regular pattern. It is necessary and significant that "knowledge management" should be applied to the practice of our electronic commerce because the common level of knowledge management in China has restricted the development of electronic commerce. As a kind of comprehensive method, "knowledge management" will provide the supporting function for the application of electronic commerce by taking the maintenance and exploitation of knowledge superiority as the direct aim, the knowledge innovation of electronic commerce as the core, the knowledge storehouse construction of electronic commerce as the core, the acquiescent knowledge transform and sharing of electronic commerce as the basis, the marketing knowledge capital of electronic commerce as the guarantee.
