摘要
To achieve the accurate duplication of product in reverse engineering, We proposed an algorithm for the optimization of NC tool-path based on scanning points, which can be realized through the following two steps. At first, we approximated NC tool-path by many tool-path segments according to the optimized accuracy. Then we adjusted the nodes of approximation tool-path so that it can match smoothing requirements. It has been proved by examples that the optimization algorithm can realize the optimization of NC tool-path for scanning points effectively and improve the efficiency of product processing significantly.
