摘要：
The U.S. Department of Justice, through the Elder Abuse Prevention and Prosecution Act, and with the help of elder justice coordinators, can more aggressively interrupt transnational fraud cases, as well as pursue cases against grossly substandard care in nursing homes. The Department also has invested heavily in training, resources, and tools to support state and local efforts in combatting elder abuse and financial exploitation.
