摘要：
Because of the feature of grid investment, increasing attentions should be paid on. The article first introduce the current power grid planning process and the development trends. It points out the default of the current process and brings in the concept of life cycle cost, it also illuminates the application methods of the LCC management in grid planning in the following parts. Finally an illustrative example about the comparison between two planning schemes was given out, the results show the strength and feasibility of the optimized methods in actual comparative process.
