摘要
The present research sought to carry out an analysis of the relationships of the professors of an undergraduate course in Administration of a Higher Education Institution in the city of Sao Bernardo do Campo, with the objective of verifying whether the exchange of information contributes to the generation of alternatives to the methods existing teaching and learning. The research was quantitative and exploratory, whose intention was to measure the network from the measures of centrality proposed by Hanneman (2005). The research instrument was a questionnaire divided into four modules and applied to the thirty-two professors of the course. The research project was submitted to the ethics committee and was approved for application. For data analysis, Ucinet software and statistical calculations were used. The results demonstrate that the exchanges of information and experiences lived in the classroom by the teachers led to changes in teaching and learning methods.
