Local universities' transition to universities of applied technology satisfies needs of development of Chinese economic and an object of the transition is to cultivate high-level engineering talents for local economic development. The CDIO training mode just meets the basic requirements of universities of applied technology. This paper focuses on the research on construction of practice teaching system on Electronic Information Engineering specialty based on CDIO conception under the background of local universities' transition. This paper presents a practice teaching model of the specialty, constructs a curriculum system for practice teaching and gives the security measures.
