Standardization of Ethics Approval in Hospital

This paper analyzes problems existing in the ethical approval of the medical ethics committee in medical scientific research projects, including mismatching the timing, improper tracking examination, lack of qualification of the study researchers, lack of ethical knowledge and ethical committee review skills. We provide some solutions, including strengthening the cooperation of departments and attaching importance to the whole process of ethical approval, Strengthening the supervision of the medical ethics committee by the hospital and establishing a multi-level ethics training system.
