The Application of the Teacher Leadership in the Information Teaching

Teachers have the characteristics of leaders in the teaching process, they are "teaching leaders". They lead the process of teaching, design and develop teaching resources, guide and help learners to achieve learning goals. Just like business leaders they manage the learning of the learners, stimulate learners' motivation, guide students to achieve performance goals, and help students develop skills. The paper starts from the analysis of the concept of leadership and proposes teaching leadership of teacher is the ability of teacher to effectively manage teaching process and learning resources, to guide and promote learners effective learning, and to help learners complete the learning objectives, which mainly includes ability of problem solving, informational teaching design, informational lesson development and design, evaluation and reflection.
