Calculation of electron-photon coincidence parameters for singlet-triplet mixed 4F states of helium

摘要
We present the theoretical formalism required to interpret the electron-photon coincidence measurements of the helium 4F state by Cvejanovic and Crowe [Phys. Rev. Lett. 80, 3033 (1998)]. The results of the convergent close-coupling theory are compared with experiment and found to be in good qualitative agreement. We demonstrate that the singlet-tripler mixing in the 4F states does not affect the calculated results significantly. [S1050-2947(99)06702-5].
