摘要
The aim of this study was to achieve the positive effect of Atropa belladonna on wound healing. Aseptic surgical wounds on rats (n=35) were studied with and without the Atropa tincture application. The tensile strength of wound was measured by special tensiometer constructed for this study. After 120 hours the greatest differences in tensile strength between the control and experimental group (with daily Atropa application) were recorded The increase of wound strength was about 29% according to non treatedrats (p < 0,05).
