Paraconductivity and phase-relaxation time in YBa2Cu3Ox thin films

摘要
We present results of the c-axis coherence length xi(c)(0) and the phase-relaxation time tau(phi) (at 100 K) obtained from the fit to paraconductivity data for YBCO thin films. The average values for xi(c)(0) and tau(phi) (at 100 K) are 0.183 nm and 0.18 x 10(-12) s, respectively. We find that three of our films which are oxygen-deficient have c-axis coherence lengths ranging from 0.049 to 0.090 nm. The phase-relaxation time decreases with increasing T-c with mean-slope = - 6.15 x 10(-15) s K-1 and a minima at 81 K. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
