摘要：
In this paper, three-phase stator insulation test to ground, the rotor insulation test to ground, and turn-to-turn insulation test were discussed respectively. A special circuit had been designed to test these parameters. A DC Bridge had been designed to test turn-to-turn insulation of alternator Moreover, the three-phase stator insulation test to ground, the rotor insulation test to ground could be achieved automatically by using a portable computer with developed hardware equipment. Need not disassemble the alternator, the testing process could be accomplished with great efficiency and speed.
