摘要
We report lambda approximate to 2.95 mu m strain-compensated quantum cascade laser source based on intracavity second harmonic generation. The laser operates in pulsed mode at 298K with J(th)=2.7kA/cm(2) and provides 30 mu W of second-harmonic radiation with 0.1mW/W-2 conversion efficiency. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
