A Study on How to Deal with Risky Behaviors of Undergraduates in Leisure Sports Education

According to the discussion on leisure time in different cultural background, this article puts forward that all undergraduates should spend leisure time in ways that are culturally appropriate to help them enter the society properly However, there are still some risky behaviors m them such as unhealthy psychology, internet-addiction, obesity, all of which threaten their healthy growth and bring about some certain negative influences The main reason for this is that there are some puzzled problems on their leisure behavior Then this paper further discusses the relationship between P E education and leisure -- sports leisure is an acquired ability, physical education improves leisure states, and physical education enhance realm of the leisure and so on Then this paper offers correct ways in order to help them develop personal skills in sports leisure participation to perfect themselves, which is conducive to form their active life attitudes and keep a good habit
