摘要
Aiming at the complicated data information in the process of equipment maintenance and management and the low work efficiency and the high error rate relying on the paper manual, this paper applies the augmented reality technology to the visual monitoring and maintenance of the equipment, which uses Unity3D as the AR application development platform, and Vuforia SDK as a tool for virtual and real fusion display to build a set of visual monitoring and maintenance guidance system based on augmented reality. It realizes AR visualization of equipment status information by continuously calling the data transmission interface, parsing and passing parameters. At the same time, It can guide the staff to complete the corresponding maintenance work through the analysis of the data. The actual application case shows that the system can realize the transparent production of equipment and improve the staff's ability to control the equipment.
