摘要：

Project managers play an important role for the construction enterprise. Stress evaluation index system for construction project managers is a useful tool to identify the stress of project managers in construction companies. Once the stress of project managers can been identified, the stress can then been managed well by the project manager in the construction industry. This paper aims at developing a stress evaluation index system for construction project managers.
