In this paper, the use of survey methods, part of the Wenzhou college students were related to sexual psychology, sexual attitudes, sex behaviors and sexual knowledge content in four areas of investigation. The results showed that: the concept of our college students is good and healthy; between different sex, male students "are willing to contact with the opposite sex," the desire is stronger than girls, sexual fantasies, sexual dreams phenomenon acts of masturbation and sexual intercourse is higher than the number of female students, male students look at a more correct love than female students, and the girls more attention to "chastity" and "prudent" to premarital sex; between the different grades, the higher the grade of dream had been experienced and the more the number of sex; between students in different areas, students from rural areas than from the city Rural students pay more attention to chastity; poor sexual knowledge of the university students, eager to formal sex education in schools.
