Enterprise core competence based on supply chain management

To adapt to the harsh change in the situation, the competitions among enterprises have been taken place by those arnong supply chains. The survival and development of an enterprise depends on its core competence. It is promoted in this paper that the theoretical groundwork of supply chain management and its core competence is system and integration, its value orientation is to produce customer value, its main complementation ways are integration and its final aim is to meet the demands of the customer. The approaches to enhance an enterprise's core competence can be integration of the inner and Outer resources, setting up its strategic alliance, fulfillment of the final customer value and information sharing.
