China is a traditional table tennis power, and plays an important role in the World Table Tennis Federation. And our table tennis level is still in the forefront of the world after the adjustment of the table tennis rules, which all should thanks to the cultivation of table tennis talents in sports colleges and universities. Based on the background of the adjustment of the rules, this paper expounds the relevant influence and countermeasure of table tennis teaching and training in sports colleges and universities, hoping to bring some help to the development of table tennis.
