Research on the Modern New Sports Training Teaching Mode based on the Microteaching Theory

In this paper, we conduct research on the modern new sports training teaching mode based on the microteaching theory. College sports colleges and universities is the cradle of training qualified physical education teachers, improve the students' physical teaching skills and normal quality is the need of the survival and development school itself. How to prominent character in the process of teaching and professional, how to deal with the relationship between the normal and academic, how to effectively train students' teaching skills and teaching quality has already become the urgent matter. Using the microteaching strengths, teaching skill training form the organic integration of the modern micro-standard teaching environment to the improvement of students' teaching skills in school sports play a substantial role, we provide the novel paradigm for the physical education.
