摘要
With the development of market economy, real estate industry has become one of the underpinning industries of national economy. It has an important function and status in pushing the economy progress, absorbing volumes of labors and driving the inner demand. At the same time, real estate is a field of great challenge and nobody can neglect that the competition is fiercer. The greater the challenge the greater the potential profit. So it's urgency for the real estate enterprises to find a new way to face the challenge and promote its core competitiveness. Value chain theory is just the valuable way. The value chain management involves virtually all areas of expertise, including management, marketing, legal and financial problem, physical, developmental problems and many others. The purpose of this research is to find the value-creation factors and bring out feasible measures to promote the real estate enterprises' value. In this paper it establishes the value chain model and seeks in the ways of how to integrate the resources.
