摘要：
As artificial intelligence and big data become ever more prevalent in society, this keynote will examine the benefits as well as the growing challenges around their use, highlighted by the authors research in a variety of applications such as education and training, behavioural modelling, ageing, tourism, and crisis management. The talk will also discuss issues around cybersecurity, morality, human behaviour, ethics and the need for continuous education of the public.
