Effect of VA-mycorrhizae, nitrogen and phosphorus on growth and flowering in tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L.)

摘要
The effect of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizae, nitrogen (0, 50, 100 and 200 kg/ha) and phosphorus (0, 25, 50 and 100 kg/ha) and their combinations were studied in tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L.) cv. Double during the year 2000 at HAU, Hisar. The increasing levels of nitrogen and phosphorus increased the growth and flowering parameters significantly. The results of phosphorus application @ 50 kg/ha and 100 kg/ha were found statistically at par when applied with VA-mycorrhizae.
