摘要
With the highly intensive development of the city, the threat of all kinds of prorupt public. health events is greater and greater It is important to make fast and valid response while happening. in incident, so we research on the design and implement of emergency intelligent decision making system of prorupt public. health event based on GIS in this paper; The system can query kinds of concerned information agilely, provide rescue scheme quickly to achieve intelligent decision making. In this paper, firstly we present the. global design of system and function of every part. Then according to characteristic of system, the spatial data structure of prorupt public health event based on GIS, which is different from traditional spatial data structure, is given out. Finally, some important functions in the system are implemented concretely, such as the display, edit, query and search. of the vector map, the orientation of spatial object,. the analysis of medical treatment rescue optimal path, etc..
