In this paper, the college students in Beijing as the research object, 569 Beijing college students are involved in the questionnaire survey about the online shopping problem. Research index involves the group characteristics, website category, product category, payment form, logistics distribution and rights complaints of network shopping. Based on the statistical analysis of feedback data, it is shown that 76% of Beijing college students have had experience of online shopping, among which the ratio between boys and girls is 79:73. Most of the online shopping commodities belong to the category of sportswear and stationery. 85% of the students will be influenced by the evaluation and assessment from online shops to make consumptions. In addition, the survey also found that University students are dissatisfied with the logistics related to online shopping and the corresponding rights defense, which should be greatly strengthened.
